Tactical Cops Xperience 2023 is the first edition of a tactical shooting and operational challenge event, designed to test the physical, mental, and technical capabilities of armed professionals.
Held on May 19–20, 2023 in Cogolin (83), in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, France, this event marked the birth of the Tactical Cops concept, built around operational realism, stress management, and performance under pressure.
A Demanding and Realistic Tactical Format
Tactical Cops Xperience 2023 was designed to assess operational readiness in degraded conditions, through a combination of functional physical challenges and semi-automatic pistol shooting on reactive targets.
Participants were confronted with fundamental actions that all armed personnel must master:

shooting under physical and mental stress
Each challenge was structured to measure the ability to maintain accuracy, clarity, and decision-making despite fatigue and pressure.
A Competition for Armed Professionals
This inaugural edition was dedicated to law enforcement, military personnel, reservists, and armed security professionals, united by a shared objective: to confront a realistic and demanding tactical experience.
